Timtara.com — Order not Completed or no Cancellation confirmed

I had Online purchase the mobile Hand Set Samsung Galaxy Y Duos 6102 from Timtara.com on Dt;30.10.12
But I had some urgent requirement of this product so I have purchase this product from Local market than I call to timtara.com to cancel this product on Dt:10.11.12 but till date have many call to Timtara.com but All they tell me that they are not confirmed me cancellation of product they are transfer to other department to my complaint but not reply till date I am very upset and irritate from this Shopping company so please tell me that what i do this situation.I can go to consumer court
