Timtara.com — Order not processed still last 6 months

Hi I am Raghavendra, i have placed order in timtara.com on 25th jul 2012 with order id:[protected]Order cost: rs 2859 ). Still they are not processing the order and it is showing awaiting shipment. So many times i have called customer support of timtara.com, but every time their response will be same as " The order wil be processed with in 48 hours". From last 5 months i am keep on calling them and their response is same. Please help with this issue.
