Timtara.com — Product not delivered nor any refund.

This is to inform that my order was placed on 31st January and is yet to be shipped. They promise to deliver in 3 weeks but fail even after taking 2 month.
I want to cancel my order no.10391036. Been calling for them days but no response.
Their customer service is also bad and they misbehave with clients.
