i am ordered to online purchasing through TIMTARA.COM vide order no. 1. 10384992 dated 15.1.2013 for "samusng galaxy Y Duos mobile phone S6102" in Rs. 6399/- product or refund not made till date 2. 10387942 dated 22.1.2013 for "Kent super+ RO& UF water purifier" in Rs. 12212/-, and next day I apply to cancel this order, refund not made till date. 3. 10387940 dated 22.1.12 for "3 nos. Everady HL 04 LED emergnecy light" ext day I apply to cancel this order, refund not made till date. custmercare not support for that. i feel the company "TIMTARA.COM" is froud company. so, kindly take nessesary action,

Shame on them. Since I am a co-sufferer & my office is in Noida, I thought of paying timtara office a visit today.
These have moved their office to A1/196 Janakpuri, New Delhi. Ph No.[protected]

I tried calling them but both the mobiles were switched off & on the landline there was no response.
Will try to call these frauds again on Monday.
