Timtara.com — refund payment pending

www.timtara.com is a shopping site on which i had purchased a digital photo frame by making online payment, but never received the product till date. Order No is :10213384 dated 12th Mar'2012. Order status on the site shows as refund pending since last 6months.Have made enough of complains on their site & customer care but all in vain.
