Timtara — Delivery Failure & Loss of money

Hi Team,

I have made an order in Timtara website on[protected], but as on today ie, 16-Oct-2012, i haven't received any update from the team about the product or the delivery. Please suggest any help from your side to get the money back. i have payed. Also enclosed the proof for the purchase which was made.
