I ordered 2 products from Timtara.com on 13 march-12 but could not receive it till date. And no response from customer care number. It shows awaiting shipment. The order details are Order 10214290, Order Date:[protected], product: Inalsa Maxi Deluxe Food Processor. This order is marked as Awaiting Shipment and Order 10214288, Order Date:[protected], product: Inalsa Whiffy Hair Dryer. This order is marked as Awaiting Shipment. I had placed on order for an product costing Rs. 9, 189 at timtara on 28th of feb 2013 anD still havent received my order which was suppose to be delivered by 3 weeks. I have even tried calling the customer service to confirm the order status and the are not responding to any calls nor any messages. Please help me get my refund from this fraud site.
