[Resolved] Timtara — Fraud Company | |||
I made a purchase of "BSNL PENTA IS703C" on 'www.timtara.com' using my Credit Card on 07/08/2012. The assigned delivery period was three week. but still now I didn't get the product. When I check the order status, the website says "This order is marked as Awaiting Shipment". The order details are given below. Details : Order No #10303136 Date of purchase : 07/08/2012 Amount Transact : 5840/- Many times I remind them for the delivery of product. Only one time some one "Ritu" reply me that I have to wait the said delivery time assign by timtara. In the mean time when I check about the review of "TIMTARA" on various website, every body says that "TIMTARA is a FRAUD Company. Now my question is how can such a company makes fools every body for long time? is there any process to take a hard step against them ? How can I refund my money back ? Please help me. hai iam ilamathi my order no in your side 10107125 this is take more then one month before but till this two order not delivered.
Nobody can give correct solution and some of dummy officer name like raja singh, amit kumar say every day, today your product dispatch and 2mro your product dispatch but till my product not dispatch. I think this company do some fraud. And the same time every one of this company side not give correct solution. My money is wast of more then rs 2 thousand.
Some one of this company people call back me and say I cancel of your order bcoz this product is out of stock?
and I ask that person then why you take order but that person not give correct answer.
I call more then 100 time but any one not give correct solution and more time my call kept hold and disconnect. My call is std call so I waste more then one thousand to call to this company.
So please give me a correct solution for this where I give complaint to this company.
I am very disappointed by this on the part of timtara.
Your company give best survey pls delete that survey rank bcoz this cheating company

Timtara.com have written on your site that our competitors have started defaming us and when they did not succeeded, they hired some professional, filed false complaints which resulted in registration of cases against the company. I DO NOT THINK THEY HAVE DONE ANYTHING WRONG. I think general public and the customers should know that such news or defamatory contents on the Internet are nothing but truth. The Company has intention to cheat every one and is not committed to act according to law. A person having any grievance, his/her complaints never get solved. I will try on the net that inform the public to pass on the information about this cheat group. I purchased from them never got the product or refund
