Timtara — Need Refund

I have placed an ordered for Nokia Lumia 710 on 29th Feb 2012 from Timtara.com, and requested to cancel the order and refund the amount on 4th March 2012, still i do not receive any response form Timatar, noone responds to the email address, no phone response, no trace of the product. I am still waiiting for the refund from them.

The order number is Order #10204501. Request you to help me with this.
