Timtara — NO cancellation & refund

I have placed an order for APPLE i phone 4, my order no 10383718 dt 11.01.2013 after paying Rs 21999 by credit card. Before giving order the companys phone executive had promised to despatch the product within 48 hours, but immediately after placing order & paying they told it will take 15 days. Moreover there was assurance about the quality & accessories of the product. So I immediately cancilled the order on 11.01.2013 itself & asked for refund. Till now the status for the order is AWAITING SHIPMENT & whenever I call TIMTARA they tell the cancellation will be done in 2 to 3 days. Pl help.
