Timtara — No Shipment in two months

timtara.com is an E-commerce site. i have called the timtara service center multiple times regarding my order#10259756. They tell me that my order will take 15-20days. whereas the email (which i have attached to this complaint) confirming my order clearly states that i should receive my order within 8-10 days. They don't even provide a ticket/complaint no. when we call the call center, they don't forward the calls to any superior authority too. After calling insisting a lot i got this complaint no. for one of my complaints 35292. They always keep the call saying we shall assign 'priority' to your order but they don't do so. I call them again, again they say the same thing. they are not even ready to cancel the order.
