Timtara — Non delivery of products

Hi,

i have purchased 4 products from timatara on 2nd & 4th sep 2012.

order id; 10318930 , 10318932, 10318934.

They are repeatedly saying they will deliver it soon.
but no action is there.

pls help me get my products or else refund.

they are fraud.
Do not shop with these frauds...

all these order stand undelivered to date. Everytime I contact them they provide false promises . No proper communication and they rarely pick phones,
