I hv ordered one Sony vaio laptop from Timtara (e commerce portal) based out of Noida on 25th of August, 2012 and paid the full money of Rs.28091/- from my ICICI bank netbanking option vide the order no:10314098. The mentioned timelines by Timtara for delivery is max of 21 days. I hv been following up with the customer care since the completion of the 21 days and every time i get msg that the delivery happen soon. There is a link in their site to log the complaint, but nobody cares to respond for the complaint loggedin (which i did not less than 10 times) and shows only one or two complaints. Besides that i hv been speaking to them on phone and keep me for longer times and no response at all. When i tried to send a mail from my office id, there is an automated response to log a ticket in their website which they don't respond at all.
I am literally vexedup wt the above website and all the credentials they write in their website seems to be incorrect as this sort of worst service i hvn't experienced with any other e-commerce portal.
