Timtara — non shipment of product

Address:Kangra, Himachal Pradesh

I have ordered for two products online at timtara online shopping site on 24/03/2012 But still the products are in awaiting shipment mode. It is my bitter experience with timtara otherwise I am a regular online costumer. Sites like Infibeam and flipkart has very good service. Please help me to ship my products immediately or to refund my money.My orders Nos are 10222254 and 10223820.
