My order #10331540 which was placed on 23rd of sept. 2012, after a month long wait, I didn't receive the product. Lastly I tried cancelling the order.
I have mailed several times and requested customer executive more than 10 times on call to cancel my order. It has been more than 2 months and the order is not cancelled. I am very upset with the customer service. This was my first order from TimTara, but I had the worst online shopping experience.
I want immediate attention to this issue. Please help cancel my order and make sure that refund is initiated to my original form of payment i.e. online transaction. Was this information helpful? |
