Timtara — Not getting my order

I am submit a complaint against Timtara.com.

I am writing this with deep anger and total dissatisfaction by the service and untruthful replies of Tim tara Customer care .

I had placed an order on[protected] for a sony Camera against Order no 10330888 & 10330886 , I am daily follow up with CC team , but daily I am getting replies of 1 more 1 more day and nothing is happening and delivery is not yet been made to my house till date.

It was committed to be delivered in 21 days ( 3 weeks ) but unfortunately nothing is done .

I have given the advance payment with my online banking to buy this product and till i dint get any product.

I have called so many times to timtara but customer team asked that the product will take one more week to deliver and you will get your product. they will asked the same so many times. i am just fed up with this.

Please help me out with this issue and resolve my problem
