Timtara — order not fulfilled;going to be 3 months now

I had placed an order with timtara with the following particulars

As you can see it has been 3 months since then and the status is still “awaiting shipment”.
I called at their customer care number [protected]. But nobody is responding.
I want my money back. Please help.
