Dear Sir,

I placed an order online for Perx 5.1 Home Theatre 5500 on[protected] .The delivery time was 3 wks. I talked /e-mailed them many times with customer care but i am not satisfied to their response. Always they are saying that product will be delivered in this week. I am still waiting for my product. This is sort of harassment. I have tried to cancel my product but they never listened.
They never informed me over this delayed item & also never responded to my mails
Pls register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM so that they can't do cheating with other customers & other customers may not fall in their trap. All supporting documents for further consideration.
