[Resolved]  TIN - NSDL — Pan Card Application - Acknowledgement no not received

I was applying Address change for PAN CARD online thru tin-nsdl.com
After submitting the application online, it did debited fees from my account & before i get the acknowledgement no., it had given me error.

I made many calls to TIN call center & send couple of mails to their mail address, but still haven't got the reply. I am really clueless that where to escallate my problem. The amout has already been deducted from my account & after submitting application online, we have to submit the proofs with acknowledgement to their pune office.

I am now loosing days also, but still no much help.

Appreciate some help here.

Hello Hemang, Don't fear because i also got same problem like after filling online application. but i got acknoledgement no with application in next day. so please check your e-mail which you given while filling form. Once you get filled application with acknowledge no, then it with required documents are Identy proof , address proof and birth certificate i did evrything, i m just waitnig for gettting Pancard. thnaks rasu

refund of pan application fees
Refund of my money due to e-KYC based request has failed
sir.
i applied for PAN card and i chose e-kyc/e-sign through aadhar card. the fees in deducted from bank account but at last process after getting the OPT for aadhar card and after clicking verify i get this message.

"Your e-Sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-Sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this PAN application in next seven working days."

Yesterday (03.06.2017 around 7 PM), I applied correction in name by PAN online e- facility, payment was made, OTP was received from NSDL and it was entered in the system but acknowledgement was not received. Sir today I had applied of change of name in pan card for which I had made payment of ₹ 114/- online. But I didn't received acknowledgment no. They provided me with transaction id ie[protected].
