I applied for change in d.o.b in my pan card and made payment through net-banking. The amount is deducted from my account but i had not received any acknowledgement. Please help me to get reimbursement. My mail id [protected]@yahoo.com.

Yesterday (03.06.2017 around 7 PM), I applied correction in name by PAN online e- facility, payment was made, OTP was received from NSDL and it was entered in the system but acknowledgement was not received. Some error appeared. My Token No. is [protected] and PAN card No. is ALSPV2140E. Now i can not track the status. I checked the E. mail but nothing was received. Kindly do the needful.

Sir today I had applied of change of name in pan card for which I had made payment of ₹ 114/- online. But I didn't received acknowledgment no. They provided me with transaction id ie[protected]. After payment the system flashed the message that the session has expired but the transaction was successful. Pls provide me with the acknowledgement no. My pan no is AREPT0818J

Refund of my money due to e-KYC based request has failed
sir.
i applied for PAN card and i chose e-kyc/e-sign through aadhar card. the fees in deducted from bank account but at last process after getting the OPT for aadhar card and after clicking verify i get this message.
"Your e-Sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-Sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this PAN application in next seven working days."
