Dear Sir,
I have applied for pan card on 27th November, 12 online to NSDL and also made payment online for faster processing of my pan so that I can get it as soon as possible. I couriered the documents on 27th only through DTDC by paying high priority charges so it was delivered on 29th November. I had to provide copy of Driving Licence as ID proof and copy of bank statement as Address proof but by mistake I could not put address proof in the envelope and courier was delivered so I wrote so many mails to NSDL for helping me that what should I do but not got any reply. After discussion with a Customer Care Executive of NSDL I sent scanned copy of my address proof through mail to NSDL on 1st December, 12 for processing and asked for confirmation but till now I have not got any reply and whenever I am checking status it is still in NSDL so when they will send to Income Tax Department. Then I contacted Customer Care Executive of NSDL today i.e. on 6th December, 12 they are telling that address of Driving Licence is not matching with the address mentioned in application as it is obvious so I opted for different address proof in my application. I just want to request you to look into the matter that what NSDL is doing if I will consider from 27th November, 12 it is almost 10 days and if I will take 1st December then it is 6th day but till now they have not included my address proof and telling that it is in transit now but I want to inform officers and executives of NSDL that if we use mail systems then it does not take more than 2 minutes to reach you so it shows that NSDL is not checking their e mails daily and if they are checking they are least bothered to take action on that. So I request Income Tax Department and NSDL to work normally for the persons and should think to listen to their requests also. I have need of pan number on urgent basis so I request you to process my application as soon as possible. Moreover somebody will think that it is just 6 days of sending full documents but I want to state that after NSDL documents is forwarded to ITD which takes time of 7 to 8 days for pan allotment so when NSDL will send. I request you to act fast.

I got my pan card at last with great difficulty, to be surprised the name was not correct with one Alphabet, might be the Quality check person have not understood the handwriting of mine, thats ok but when i have submitted a bulk of doccuments as per your requirment with my contact details i.e Email / phone, their is no confirmation either through any mode. I had applied for my PAN Card in July 2008 and still have not received any communication. I have called up at the Call Centre for the Income tax Department[protected] and even mailed at income tax department ([protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in) and checked at the TIN office (www.tin-nsdl.com) but to no avail. All that they can tell me is that it is under process at Income Tax Department. I again did a submission through karvy consultants and this time it was forwarded to IT dept and some clarification was sorted.
Inspite of providing clarifications, still the process was not completed and i have not received the card.
Again for the 3rd time, i submitted the request with all correct details on 13th sep and i am yet to receive the card. I have not received any notification also from the IT department..
If i try to call the helpline contact number[protected], 99% of the time the operators are busy and hence my STD call goes in vain with complete loss of my money..
Online status shows for the past 1 month in the same state as "Under processing in Income tax department"

This is really a pain to get the work output on time from these government organisations and the worst part is not being able to get proper response even if we want to get more details...

I am not yet received my pan card despatched by tin nsdl on[protected] to you. on of your person contanct me on 04-04-09. i informed him that give that pan card to my brother Mrs. Mohanasundaram .but it was not given it to him .But the status is shows that it was delivered it to him. Sir myself Jyoti my acknowledgement no. is [protected] and my pan no. is AURPJ0976B allotted before 2 months ago by the income tax department but to till date my pan not dispatched by the tin-nsdl,after my mother's death her beema policy not claimed because i have no recieved my pan card i am so dis-pointed what is this.....................

I have applied for my pan card on 19-11-12 but i didn't get it yet. My acknowledgment no is [protected] with the name on card milind chaturvedi. Please try to find out the reason for delay and send it as soon as possible on my permanent address 545 ka / a-127, laxman vihar, para road, rajajipuram, lucknow.
