Titan — Damaged watch given for repair | |||
I uploaded my complaint few days back, but unable to see my complaint.... please help. After writing my complaint of Gifted watch being damaged while given for repair, I do got calls from Titan Bangalore with an assurance that this will be cleared within 24-48 working hours but want to share (so Indians like me should not carried away with big brand names and false promises),its been 14 days now after that no revert. A gentlemen from Goa Titan showroom called after lodging my complaint, "Aap sure hai aap ne damaged watch nahi de thi".......ask that "" were you sleeping when I gave that watch (if you say so), person "Manish" receiving that watch did not check and took it blindly????.....you must be having camera's also....please check that .......... My receipt number is 050 dated 04/04/2013 "Titan Authorised Service Centre" Shop No. 10/11M. G. Road, Panjim, Goa. Please assist me in getting my watch back......."I, My Family, My Friends: whomesoever I can convince, will never suggest to purchase "Titan" watches....And just to share as a "titan" fan I have Gold Harvest scheme also (02 no"s) with "tanishq"...will be withdrawing that also soon....
