[Resolved] Titan Eye — Delay in Product Delivery and Improper Behaviour by Executive | |||
Dear Consumer Complaints, I got a very bad experience with TITAN EYE PLUS. I booked a product from Titan Eye Plus, Kalyan West, Thane (Mumbai), with a delivery date after 10 days from date of booking. I requested to give me earlier, but they denied. I aid okay and wait for the delivery date. On the delivery date I got a call from their executive saying they'll take another 4-5 days at least. I requested do it early but they denied. Then I questioned them, how they could tell me on the DELIVERY DATE about the delay in delivery. They should have intimated me at least a day prior to delivery date. But the customer representative was firm and arrogant. He never shown any apology even he made mistake. When I asked him about the manners then he replied with a statement that why should he say SORRY to the customer. If the product delivery takes time then he can not do anything ... He talked disrespectfully with me. The product I shoped was of ammont more than 10000 Rupees, still he behaved like I purchased a product of costing 100 Rs. When I asked him that if I am not getting my product on the delivery date then he should REFUND my money, still he was arguing saying money will not be refunded and I need to wait for the delivery. Still I do not got the product nor any updates over it. Please take some action on this. These people can not cheat to their innocent customers like this. Regards! Titan - Eye — Delay in delivery
For my daughter I purchased one spectacle from Titan-Eye, Laketown, Kolkata on 18.05.09. My Bill No. is "[protected]", Item Code: 1000. The scheduled date of delivery was 23.05.09. However, as on today, i.e. 26.05.09, nobody can confirm the delivery and I have landed in mess after paying the 100% bill amount on the date of purchase.If this kind of customer service is received from such a branded company, it is really shamefull.
