[Resolved]  Titan Eye+ — Worst Service in Jayanagar Branch

I have bought spectacle from Titan Eye+ Jayanagar 4th Block Branch, at the time of delivery there was some alignment problem in the frame later I was not able to use the spectacle due to this problem. So, I took it to the Jayanagar Titan branch (where I bought) for fixing it on Feb 26th. While aligning they broke one glass (right side) and they rejected to replace the glass. And the service man who did this Mr. Ravi Prakash told that it will happens while doing the services for which he they are not responsible. And also told " their company don't have any policy to replace the glass broken by their service men.And he asked us to complain the same to the customer care and he is not sure whether we will get the replacement there. We never expected such a answer from the branded company like Titan.

If their service men are not able taking care of the glass while doing the service, why they are having such a unprofessional and amateur service man. Is it a problem with the service man or with the company policy? Being a branded company in the market providing this kind of service (Men) will lead to effect the goodwill of the company.

I have reported this issue to the Titan Eye+ Customer care, But I didn't get any reply from them yet.

I represent these issues for your kind consideration and for giving instructions to the Jayanagar Branch manager to either give me money back, or change the spectacles with the same quality without any delay.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NEVER BUY TITAN EYE PLUS NOR WOULD REFER TO ANYBODY.

Yes, the Titan Eye+ has a very very bad service. Many complaints against titan eye+ service and the products.. People hereafter should not refer titan eye+ to anyone..

Either they should give back the money or replace the glasses.. else please file a case in consumer court and send them the notice.. Blindly people fall on titan eye+ because of the brand name but the real scenario is this..


PLEASE DONT BUY SPECTACLES FROM TITAN EYE+ else you will be the next person to post a complaint against them...
Yes ... its true .. i also faced same situation with Titan Eye+ Service centre, Especially Jayanagar 4th Block branch service centre is very worst Service which i never seen. Service Peoples they wont give any respect to Customers and they do not bother about Customer things easily they are experimenting on Customer items.

If this type of services continue with such a Brand (TITAN EYE+) company definitely one r other day TITAN Will lose their customers.
Yes, this is not expected from such an ethical company, now either they need to replace it or returned the money. We usually come to branded showroom assuming that they give best service and value for the money but here you can see they are behaving like local street vendor.

Brand doesn’t mean just having big big showroom and interior; in customer service also it should reflect.

We need to bring this kind of notice to Ratan Tata’s attention so that he can improve in delighting the customer else close the shop.

Reshma if they are not responding you in one week you better sue them in consumer court and let them face the music.

I was planning to buy spectacles from the Titan Eye + . Before that I was checking with the net about the customer reviews and their services. Lastly I found that its not good to buy spectacles from Titan Eye + because of their worst service.

I want to thank all of you for saving my 5 thousand bucks before spending it with Titan Eye +. Else it will be a huge loss for me.

This kind of service centers or service providers should stop their business. Consumer court should take care about this kind of business. I hope the people who got cheated from them will get justice from the consumer court.
That is not good at all for such a company, at-least they should maintain some standards.
I had a similar experience with Titan Eye jayanagar branch, I strongly suggest iVision which is 100 times better both interms of product and values.
They only believe in SALES without quality.They donot believe in after sales service.
I was planning to buy spectacles from Titan Eye care. After reading the comments. I would not be going. Thanks for sharing the comments and for saving my money

Yesterday i have purchase a watch deom jamnagar gujarat... now i want to exchange that as i have gifted ro someone. . on showroom they are ignoring and sayind that you made paymwnt through credit card so we cannot exchange this .what i can do in this case .. kindly help...
