i have a titan fastrack wrist watch which is almost one and half year old.problem is that the belt stap got broken from middle which was made of rubber.tempering was not done.i think its due to ageing the rubber got hard and broke.i want to get it replaced but at titan service centre i was asked to pay rs. 760 for that as its belt comes with complete casing.i have lost my warranty card.i just want to know whether i should get any sort of concession on the replacement as i think its not my fault in the breakage of the strap.
or in other way you should improve upon this product so that the customer is satisfied with your service.
if i pay half the price of my watch on just a strap, i dont think its reasonable.

Fastrack is manipulating their customers. There must be lot of cases logged against Fastrack but I dont think that they are doing anything and I think they should do something to improve the quality of their strap as it breaks down into two parts.
