[Resolved] Titan (Tommy Hilfiger) / Watch — DELAY IN SERVICE | |||
Dear Team, I had given my Tommy Hilfher watch for repair to the Titan Watch Care Centre located at MGF Metropolitian Mall,M.G Road,Gurgaon.Now,the date when i gave my watch was 03/08/12 and the delivery date confirmed in the receipt is 23/08/12.However,i have gone for more than 10 times to their store to claim my watch and those guys are saying its still under repair. Everytime they tell me tey will get back to me by calling about the status but they never did so. My ref ID-812AN1129B194.Kindly look into this matter. Regards, SArfaraz([protected]).
