Titan Watch — Crappy service | |||
I have given my watch for repairs on 06/12/12 receipt no 2176 and have not yet recived it back. Worse, the staff at the centre is anything but interested in providing customer service - so much so that no one bothers to even come on the phone line and give proper info about the status; and lets the security guard take calls from customer who dont even have the basic decency to let the customer finish what they have to say and simply hang up midway while the customer is talking. It has been 2 months now since I have been forced to move around without a watch as it is the only watch (costing 8k) that I own and have no clue when to hope to see it. I dont think I'm buying another titan product ever again or recommending it to anyone. PS: I have been wearing only titan watches for a decade now. Was this information helpful? | |||
