[Resolved] Titan Watch — technical problem | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Titan Raga watch (Model number - 2351YM01T) from titan showroom in In-orbit Mall, Hyderabad in the month of October 2011. One fine day during the mid of Nov 2011, I lost the watch due to the technical problem with the golden belt pins. On another day I purchased the same model from the Titan Showroom in Madhapur, Hitec city (which has claimed to be the ONLY company's outlet in Hyderabad). When I was wearing the same, due to the same technical problem with the pin, the belt was loosened and I was informed to take another watch of same model (They replaced with the one which broke before them only). The other watch to everyone surprise had the same problem. Then they informed me that there is some technical problem with the watch and so I was forced to take another model as money couldn't be returned. I complaint that due to the inefficiency and technical problem with that model, I lost the first watch. I wish that the benefit for the same should be granted to me either in the form of credit note/refund of money (I have bills still with me..luckily) or give me another watch worth the same which I lost. Hope the technical head of the watch and model will agree to my plea and consider to grant my request. Definitely if my plea is granted then it will bring fame to the brand of Titan as ethical company. Was this information helpful? | |||
