Reading Not taken for long time

I am Harry Joseph from No:55, tulakathammen street, brindhavan nagar, surapet, Chennai-66. near puzhal lake, in this area E.B Reading person not coming for 5 times and still.. so they are billing at my card same money, same, same.. then i call the number 15533..they are taking the phone and silently keept down several times doing same thing, not responding at all .. please take action and correct it the problem..

it is seen that the current readings on the meter of the below given address is higher and faster than compared to other meter holders...pls i plead to check the readings and to change the meter as soon as possible...waiting for your service soon...

15-03-11 now date is 26-04-11 asper new system the meter reading taken at 15-04-11 but not taken

Getting high cost every month. Digital meter not required. Analog is better.

Current cut often in night time

We stay in annai sathya nagar 11th cross St nesapakkam k k nagar West . It's small Street for our street alone always power cut and low voltage other next house current is there no problem. Please kindly do check our street connection. Can't able to sleep morning have to go to work . plz help
