    Dear sir/madam,
    My eb service no is [protected], my area around 6 houses haven't power since last 5 days due to line loose connection at pole side. When resolve by line man charged 50rs per house.if not paided lineman will not come to resolve this issue. We have paid 4 or 5 times for one month. Please resolve my area issue.

    I am a resident of 4/439, Muttal North, kallanatham, Attur, salem, tamilnadu and my name is Janarthanan Venkatesan.

    I am writing this letter in order to complain about the low voltage power supply at our location. We are facing this issue for the last 3 years( which is causing a problem as we are unable to use to any electrical equipment like a water pump motor, Air conditioner, Computer system, UPS, Microwave oven and fridge....

    I am living in a new flat at Shree nagar colony Saidapet. My mother aged 88 years is with me . We live in 3rd floor. I have to take my mother frequently to hospital for her treatment.Due to low voltage either our lift got stuck midway or it will not function.     Recently I've applied for a Additional load on my TNEB connection and paid Rs.13500 as payment. Due to some reasons the Application was rejected.

    I received a SMS from TNEB for refund. I've provided all the bank details and submitted it, but after even after one month there is no single response from TNEB.

    I reached out to the nearest EB office but I didn't have any idea about refund.

    Sir am from chennai, virugambakkam, Chennai_600092. I have raised complaint regarding, powercut from yesterday(28-sep-2022) night 11.30pm to today morning 2am still(29-sep-2022). I called nearly 5 times. But the issues not sorted out and no proper response from the customer care person (1912). Whether the number is applicable for people serving.     I am facing EB electric issues, (TNEB[protected] Tambaram)

    This is to bring it your notice regarding regular Powercut issues in my area.

    If I have an issues (power cut) self call and informed to customer care Helpline Tambaram, EB team abused me in a filthy manner while I am calling for issues in my area.

    i can't tolerate this kind of words from such a govt officials / employees.

    Sir,

    This is with due respect we are really distressed to inform on the frequent power cut in chromepet area chandran nagar clc works road sub division and if we call the eb office they do not respond... This power cuts in midnight is really depressing

        Compared to usual consumptions in the previous years current bill is highly abnormal nearly 10mtims previous bill
        this may be due to wrong reading or faulty meter please arrange to check and rectify

          Today 23rd sep power cut started at 9 pm now the time is 1 pm still power not coming . Monthly 2 or 3 times we are facing the issues. No one atern the call we don't know what's the reason. Day time power cut its also happening in daily basis. Please take action immediately....

          Hi Sir,
          During Mar-22 i have submitted name transfer request, first three months there is no progress, so i have raised complaint using Customer care even lot of followups no progress, Post i took help from Seilayur EB people and name transfer process successfuly completed on Jul-22 end,
          From past two Months Hasthinapur EB people enquiring and asking me to close the raised complaint Even they have suggested to call customer...

          A new connection got in SF no 395/3 is trying to connect cables crossing our home area even though they can get connection easily without crossing..We are objecting in getting this connection as it may pose difficult in our daily activities....
