[Resolved] TNEB, Chennai — complaint not registered | |||
I start this complaint with a line request to get my problems sorted at the earliest. Couple me days back I called a number 155333 to lodge a complaint that there was a power problem at my residence and a so called answer was given that the corresponding exchange would be informed. Couple me hrs later I called again to get a status and the response was the same. I asked if a complaint was raised and the person answered no.... I raised a new complaint ... Next day ... Still the same power problem... I called the same number and to my surprise a new complaint was taken saying the same answer that they would inform Ulf concerned exchange. This process repeated for almost three times and it's been 3days and my problems remain. In addition to the scheduled power cuts all over the city and a whole day maintenance but it's not fair to treat people like this. If the person who complained was big shot I believe they would have got a better response. I think that I an just another citizen who has to suffer and go through all this. Who's fault is this .... The authorities of TNEB or the staff who should have received the complaint amethyst ignored it or may be its the people in the call center (155333) who have not sent the complaint to announce are just cheating the people who call for help by just saying something so that they get paid Can someone at a higher posting at TNEB look into this and make me happy by having someone fix the current problem Thanks An eagerly waiting citizen Was this information helpful? | |||
