Tneb — Bill not generated even if online money credited

Dear Sir

I have paid online EB bill of Rs.680/ and Rs.286/- from Indian Overseas Bank, Kanchipuram
It is a Net banking. The amount got credited, but bill has not been generated in EB account server. Please solve this issue.

EB concentrates on rising charges not on services. They cant rectify online payment facility also. do something for people also

Amount debited from my SBI bank. But receipt not generated.

Amount online payment of Rs. 2675 debited from my SBI bank. But receipt not generated due to service error.
