TNSTC, Madurai — Express ticket charged in normal bus which stops at all places

I have boared the bus from Madurai Koripalayam to Thabal thanthi nagar(1 G ExP) TN58 0687. Normal bus charge is Rs 3 and Express bus charge is Rs 5 and this is a express bus stopped at all the stops but the charge is express charge. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Dear sir,

I had complaint about your address on 31-12-09 regarding excess amount charged in ordinary bus from Madurai to Chennai.I had mentioned the bus no and tickets nos in my earlier mail..The concerned conductor receieved Rs.200 per head (5 tickets totalling Rs.1000/=)in ordinary bus which was superscribed in front glass. I asked you to refund the excess amount at earliest to my above address.
