Thank you much. Your reviews enlightened me. I paid INR.100 for the in-home demonstration at Furniture fair this Dec. They never called me by the date mentioned as promised.I tried the contact ph no.mentioned on the bill umpteen times but it was always turned off, the no. mentioned for their Ulsoor branch doesn't go through as it is "temporarily disconnected". Finally I was able to reach the person I spoke to at the exhib. Being under the impression of making a quick sale, he promised to & did turn up the next evening. He tried to be very polite during the demo. However, we were concerned with the product as it seemed hazardous & decided not to buy it. The fellow got furious & says that no electronic products are "guaranteed" to function fine. Told if they atleast warranted the unit & service it if problem arose we could buy it. He promised in-home service if there's a problem.I boldly informed him about the comments I came across this website for which he had no answer. He paid me INR.100 & walked away with the unit he bought. Wasn't I lucky enough to get away with it?

I am also facing worst experience from the tortila roti maker vendor. there is no service no response after sales. kindly ban this company
I bought Tortila from Big Bazar Counter, within few months it was not working, I launched complaint to Kothrud servicing center, Pune.
They collected roti maker from my home and not returned yet. I called them several time, they redirected me to make many more calls.
If further action is not taken from your side at the earliest, for replacement of New Rotimaker Equipment which is covering with in the guarnteed period, I will be seeking help from Consumer court as invoice and guarantee is with me.

I have purchased tortilla roti maker 2 months back in hyderabad Manjeera mall,
till now there is no demo I am Calling to Hyderabad service center people but they are not send any person

I have bought this product on DEC 13 in PUNE and I am facing issues (only one side of the tortilla is getting heated up) after using it for 3 months. Called for the after sales service but the personnel did not turn up even after repeated calls. After a week they started even not picking the calls.
I presume they do not have any after sales service at all and these people are selling CHEAP and FAULTY machines!!!
