Toshiba Laptops — Malfunctioning of laptop | |||
Sir, I have brought a Toshiba Laptop this year on the 15th of April. I was shocked when my laptop started malfunctioning within a few months from buying. My computer went damn slow and half of the soft wares were not working. On sending it to the service station, I was told that the Mother Board and the Hard Drive, both were not working and I got them replaced. On bringing back the laptop for about 1 month later from the service station, I found my machine getting hanged every now and then, especially when the charge went beneath 80%. And now a new problem has cropped up. My computer is not detecting any external device like pen drive and external mouse. I am seriously sick and tired of it all. I had availed a bank loan for buying this laptop and I am totally disgusted to find such bad service and poor quality from a company like Toshiba. I want to get the laptop replaced by a new one as soon as possible. This is the limit of it. Please do try to solve my problem Sir.
