[Resolved] Toshiba Lcd Tv 32 Inch — Non-responsiveness and disgusting attitude of service department in Delhi | |||
Dear Toshiba and other members of the Forum, I am disgusted with attitude of Toshiba TV service staff in Delhi and have already given bad feedback to several LCD TV customers not to buy Toshiba goods in India. I bought a 31 inch LCD TV in MUmbai Hypercity Malad on 31st Dec 2009 and than shifted to Delhi. It seems that some damage was caused to LCD TV. After herculean efforts, I could locate contact number of Toshiba TV service in Delhi Mobile No [protected] and person Jaswinder Singh. After pleading for several days, one person landed at my place called Pawan Kumar ( Mobile no [protected] ), 2/3 weeks back. I was interested in getting it repaired. That absolutely careless person did not sent quote on my email or address. I called up several times, sent address but till now these disgusting people have neither bothered to responde nor sent quote. These disgusting Toshiba service staff feel that they did us a favour by selling us Toshiba TV and responding on service call. I work at senior levels in a company and I have already been telling people to keep away from Toshiba. I think Toshiba culture is disgusting and its not a company whose products should be bought.
