My LCD TV is under warranty and it is it working my complain no is[protected] dated 27 April 2013 The service provider has told it will be replace by new TV but till now it's not replaced and the answer from service provider I get that when we shall get from company then we can replace no time limit is been given its long time please do the needful

TOSHIBA LCD TV — want full replacement

i ordered a toshiba 32hv10 from tradus and it was installed in last saturday on 28/4/12 and today 1/5/12 at 12nun there is suddenly smoke comes from it and now it dont work. i want full refund of my money at any cost. i paid them 15990rs. my order num is 2503540 from tradus. help me out.
