[Resolved] Toshiba — Toshiba Ignorant to customer grievance | |||
i bought a tv from toshiba and kept it packed in my dine hall for a week waiting for a DTH connection to be installed . when it got installed i enjoyed my new 40 inch toshiba tv .It was no later than mere 10 days , i discovered that my tv is not displaying anything . I complaint to toshiba about it . The guy came and after 15 min of check up he said that mother board is not working. Being a brand new piece just 17 days older i had to face this issue so i asked Toshiba to replace the piece . But Toshiba clearly said that it can not replace it since its now past 15 days the date of purchase. I contacted the head Mr Bhatia and its been a month yet no one came forward from Toshiba for my complaint . and now in my room i had to keep my 25 year old Onida tv which is working fine and makes me think that why i chose Toshiba .If anyone can help me then pls tell me Was this information helpful? | |||
