[Resolved] Tower Installation — noise pollution | |
Dear sir, In our beside house indus tower has installed cell phone towers in 28/27 sangam street lakshmipuram chromeper chennai-44.we are just metre apart from the tower who you installed . The noise coming out from the air condition exhaust fan and diesel generator is tremendrously more and we can able to sleep in the night and even to the first floor of the building for the past five years .Our surronding people has suffered a lot by this due to severe health hazard.we have already reported to the people who are come for the maintenance but no response at all.our humble request is that MAN HAS TO LIVE FOR A SHORTER PEROID IN THE POLLUTED WORLD IN ADDITIONAL TO THAT THIS IS CREATING ENOURMOUROUS MIND DISTORTION.so kindly make neccessary action to rectify this or shift the tower to lower of the building which is located in the road side. Next to my house also Reliance Communications Ltd. has also installed a Microwave tower with high powered generator next to my house.I have filed a case before the Karnataka State Hunman Rights Commission.It has passed an order with strict strictures against The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board and the Company.But, I have been deprived and denied compensation which is my Fundamental Right Guaranteed under the Constitution.I will be approaching the High Court of Karnataka in this regard.

In our beside factory a tobacco fcatory Pragati Rice Mill, G.I.D.C., Kansari, Khambhat - 388630 Dist. Anand Gujarat .we are just metre apart from the Factory . lots of air pollution made by factory when the grind the tobacco .Our surronding people has suffered a lot by this due to severe health hazard.we have already told the factory owner to stop the tobacco grinding but no response at all.our humble request is that MAN HAS TO LIVE FOR A SHORTER PEROID IN THE POLLUTED WORLD IN ADDITIONAL TO THAT THIS IS CREATING ENOURMOUROUS MIND DISTORTION.so kindly make neccessary action to rectify this.
