[Resolved] Trackon Courier — Lost Consignment | |
Consignment no..[protected] booked in Wardha by Trackon Courier on[protected] to Hyderabad is not received and not tracable. I am tracking on and on but nt tracable. Trackon has declared it lost. Next time I will not even think of Trackon to send anything. And I am derecomonding it to others also. Was this information helpful? | |

I socked when I disused branch Head and his response. As per our disused branch Head totally negative responded. Branch head thinking totally customer responsibility any packet.

1) Why COURIER boy switch off Mobile phone.
(Courier boy responded no good)
2) As per trakon commitments yesterday we have no receive any documents till now.
I m working also a good company. And I know customer value & Customer satisfaction
I hope u will teach your Employee about customer importance.

I have dispatched a consignment from Reliance Life Insurance Co.ltd Yusufpur Mohammadabad (Ghazipur) to the NOIDA on 20th May with POD No[protected], due to some reason it returns to the your Ghazipur office on 27th May, but till date neither your courier guy returned me back the consignment nor he is able to trace my packet.
As this packet is very urgent
Kindly tarce the same and revert asap

I m totally disagree with ur service because i have sent a courieer ( which has been Demand Draft & exam Form) on 16.12.08( Pune) till date the university member they have not received my Demand Draft & exam Form . I am giving you my P.O no[protected] plz check it where it is lost.Actually sir nextt month ( Jan 2009 ) my exam held on if my DD & exam form they havenot received my Exam form & DD i will not appear in my MBA ( Final Semester) there is a big loss to my carrer . If the deamd draft & exam form not arrived i will not give the exam.I hope there is apositive respone from your side.
