[Resolved] Trackon Courier — delay/non delivery of Courier | |
Dear Sir/Madam, TRISHUL Die & Engineering Works, Vadodara (Guj.) have sent me one courier having some important documents on 16.09.09 from Vadodara to Opto-Vision Opthalmic Lab, B-68 New shahganj, Agra (UP) through TRACKON Courier (Docket No.[protected]. But I haven't got it till 07.00 PM of 22-05-09.I checked its trcking and it shows the courier has reached at its Agra Office (Shahganj Branch) on 18-05-09. I have called three times on 21st May and two times on 22nd May in Agra Office with Mr Ramashankar & Mr Tyagi.They told me that you will find that courier today.But I am not recieved that courier till at 07.00 pm of 22nd May. On 2nd June 09 I have sent one parcel vide Receipt No.[protected]. The parcel was sent by Air through Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd. Trackon representative told that the courier will reach very next day i.e on 3rd June 2009. But even today on date 06.06.2009 my customer has not received the parcel. What is the meaning of sending parcel by Air through Trackon if even after 4 days parcel is not reaching to destination. We are totally disappointed with the service of the Trackon.

ADITYA medical booksellers have sent me one courier having some important medical books on 30.07.08 from Delhi to karimganj(ASSAM). But I haven't got it till 14-08-08. I have called in Guwahati Office al most 15 times but they are either confused or reluctant to give any information. I am so much frustrated as my entrance exams are coming. Please take some action.
