Trackon Courier — late and damaged delivery of couriers AND DEMAND OF MONEY FOR DELIVERING COURIER

Trackon Couriers — Damaging courier and Misbehavior

The dealer concerned intially didnt gave any information of the whereabouts of the courier that was to be delivered to lucknow from ludhiana. After 12 days of sending the courier and lot of enquiry from the main office of Trackon couriers, it was told that the courier was damaged. Now, when the courier was with them, its there responsiblity to take the care of courier. But when appraised about the same, the dealer (Top One, Fountain Chowk), misbehaved terming that its just one of the thouands couriers he recieved in a day. What I want to point out here is, that this company dont even care to inform the customer that the courier got damaged. Really worst experience of a kind with the services. Moreover, even after around one month, the courier hasnt been returned. I would use this platform to appraise those customers who use courier services and would suggest them to choose a good service provider.

Trackon Couriers — Damaged

I have recently sent a parcel ( photo frame ) to my friend by trackon couriers. They told it will be delivered safe but it had not been delivered since three weeks and they are forcing me to take it back in damaged condition. It is badly damaged as if they have willingly damaged it. I have asked for a compensation of Rs 1500 from them but they are not ready to give any amount.
