[Resolved]  Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd — misplace of courier

It is to inform you that, We have booked a parcel bearing no:[protected] dated 09/01/09 to deliver at some one the name is not available at the POD. We have cross check our sender place they says there is no name and sign. The Parcel containing was our office internal documents how they are procide the services. We need urgently the support kindly help me out.

My parent has send one importent courier to me on my Bangalore address around 10 days back but still i did not get. My Doc. number is[protected]. It was very urgent...! I tried to cantact trackon courier office but they not Entertaining, very bad response...! From now I will send any courier from Trackon...!

On the contary since morning i am trying to check the status on web site... Which says server not responding and the worst is the attitude of the customer care executives who are there in Bangalore office. They are quite rude in handling queries. They only give an answer that the parcel is despatched via surface.. So it is bound to take time. But sir it has been 4 days... What does the courier word means--- QUICK SERVICE ...

I send a courier vide doc no[protected] dt 31 Mar 09 having a most importent Finincial year closing documents to my regional Office at Lucknow, UP. Till date he dont get that. Due that we had a big monetary loss. Now dont know what to do. I have complained many times with Trackon Courier Main office with Mr. manoj panjawani and the local franchaise of the Trackon courier of Mr. Vinod Pandey in Gomti Nagar regarding this to the company but they reply that your document has been misplaced and we are not able to deliver to you and after so much discussion they replied as a threat that you do anything whatever you want.kindly help that what should i do coz it will effect my whole year work and losse of a huge incentive.

I have send a document through trackon courier which docket no was[protected] dt 6/4/09 from haridwar to baddi(himachal pradesh). But the pkt has not been deleverd till now. when i contact ur baddi office than the manager of baddi office MR NAVEEN KUMAR told me that document has been deleverd.it has not been deleverd our site. i have ask for pod but no action has been done from last six days. there are importent goverment document &if lost i have to file a FIR for the same.IF the document has been deleverd kindly scan the pod and mail to my mail id.

I have ensuired your Chennai office (Ms. Ramya on 28153783 and she confirmed that the pocket has been delivered to the Guindy office. So I got the Guindy office Tel No. and tried but I got no answer.
today I tried your Guindy office and came to know that the pocket is still with Guindy office. I don't know why they are keeping the pocket without delivering the same.

Please arrange to deliver the same immediately.

trackon is worst worst courier services in the world, all contact numbers are fake, people talks very rudely, very bad service

Bajaj Auto India Ltd., Kolkata Branch had sent me on an emergency basis some motorcycle parts through Track on vide CN. No.[protected] on 3rd April 2009 to Aizawl. Since I did not receive for a long time, the sender did some enquiry and found that the parcel had been sent back to Guwahati. On enquring I found that the Courier Office here at Aizawl has received the parcel but they did not know where my address was! I was surprised that since Aizawl is small city and moreover, my phone number has been mentioned they did not even to bother me. What was even more shocking was that they did not have delivery ystem to hand out the documents and parcles. I have told them to to get me back the parcel and said they would do so. I am waiting for it. Also Track on does not seem to have any address/ contact e-mail to lodge a complaint.

Tracon is a wors service in the world The Manager and staff of their branch and head office are most hopeless chaps. I request all Indian to avoid this courier services. It is my experience for all courier consignment that I have sent. They seem to be most deaf people. I state below the instance of my concisignment given to them on 4.5.09 is not deliver in Delhi by 6.5.09 . they are not ready to give any ifnormaton whenever i asked them some question they speak rudly. they lost our packet and when we sent agian then they did not deliver the packet in delhi in three days. and tell us no need to send the courier thru us. the lady and the gents who sits in the courier office of sec 8 are not behave to the customer politely. due to delivery of courier not in time we bear to lost 50000/- in our business.
