hello this is pooja pareek from dehradun and i was supposed to received the courier from arjun madan which hav been dispatched on 16t august from hyderabad to dehradun by arjun madan but due to sum problem that courier was reverted to pune by arjun madan and from pune he again asked the courier company to send it back to dehradun but i pooja pareek from dehradun havnt received my courier yet...and i want u to check it n do rply on my mail id as soon as possible...

TRACKON COURIER is worst & worst courier I met. On thursday (18th june) I sent a parcel with documents from their Andheri(E), Mumbai office.The person who done the formalities said that it will be delivered tomorrow only. But after waiting nearly by week and even without any feedback from courier anency we called their office and then after only they started to check the status of that parcel. Then also, after contacting many times the finally told the position of parcel. And now the worst condition is till now the parcel is not delivered. Couriers may contains imp. docs.that are to be reached in time and at right place. But this courier is just pathetic. Yes, strict and quick action is required on this Agency.

TRACKON COURIER is the worst courier i have ever seen in my life, i would like to request the higher authority to recriut the person on the behalf of qualification as they are least concern where the parcl is frm or where it has to be delivered if its takes 12 days for a document to rech frm pune to mumbai all the customers think before u sent a parcel frm india to abrod i think all the employees in trackon should be given the jobs of mumbai dabawala as though they are illiterate they deliver the dabas at correct time to the correct person, close the company and put a lock to it...

Track on Courier service doesn't understand the meaning of customers!!!


My mother has sent me cake from Shimla on 21 st of January, 2011 and now today it is 29th January still I have not received it. I was promised that the courier would reach me on the 25th. The courier charges were Rs.350 and the value of cake around Rs.400.. So In all I have a loss of around Rs.800 and even if I receive the cake which i am not hoping to, then there is a very less chance of it being in the right state to eat.
Very unreliable company.

I want the compensation for this, but God knows whom to contact

On top of that their website doesn't work, then the customer care is not reachable...God damn it, how many days this company can survive by such work attitude. The leaders in the organisation lack vision completely, no company can be successful unless they understand the meaning of consumers!!

The sami is the case in delhi neither they deliever your dockets nor they return it undelievered. Tgeir services are really pathetic and the way of their employees talking to customer is really miserable i advise everyone to please not use their services as u will neithet get your document or parcel delivered nor back. Nor their people will tell i the exact status they are a big frauds and cheat.

Trackon Courier is Completely Fake ! All the contacted details are completely fake and wrong numbers there are no particular offices its a low level cheap company who doesnt know how to deliver a product.. Instead of starting trackon Courier try to dump garbage in your offices

One of the worst courier service provider it should be closed down based on genuine complaints of consumers.
they open a easiest way to cheat people because there is no facility to check weather your courier reached on time or not they update online status after 3-4 days of delivery.

Second there is no provision to weight the consignment at the intermediate destinations, if it can be done then there is a possibility to track the loss of weight or items misplaced in mid that happens with trackon.

Trackon — Delayed/Non Trackable courier

Trackon is as said by others as well worst courier service,
I sent some important notes on 12 April 08, for an exam on 17 April 08,
today is 18th the exam is over still these people have not sent the courier. These people couldn’t even trace the location of the courier, the courier was intended to be sent to Nanded it is show to be sent to Aurangabad on the online tracking system, Great! If someone want to loose parcel, pay high charges and
still want the courier to be late enough not being useful at all, get frustrated
and make permanent losses please send the important couriers through Trackon!

Trackon Courier Services — non-delivery of parcel leading to major losses

Consignment no.[protected] containing important documents that were required by me urgently in Bheemilipatnam, Visakhapatnam was sent to me from srinagar via trackon courier on 09 Jan. However, when the parcel reached visakhapatnam, the company representatives here did not bother to call me up (inspite of the address and phone number being mentioned). Moreover, citing the reason that the addressed area did not fall in their service area, they returned the parcel back to srinagar. Further, the response and the customer handling of the company reps here was non-supportive and brash. Till 30 Jan, inspite of repeated requests to arrange for the return of the consignment, it had neither been returned back to the sender nor had it been delivered to me . The non-receipt of consignment has caused me major losses and embarassment. I would like to submit the following for consideration: -

1. If the company did not have any service in the addressed area, then why did the Srinagar branch accept the consignment.
2. Once the consignment had been accepted, does it not become the companies obligation to deal with it responsibly and atleast call up / inform the addressee or the sender before returning the parcel.
3. Can you please inform me as to what steps/ actions i can take against the couriers service and their reps.

The Parcel worth 3, 600 rs, and around 2600rs worth particles are missing.

Please do the favourable as it is giving me a matter of menetal as well as financial agony.

In this connection we have made a lot of complaints over phone to Mr.Dilip, Mr.Shridhar, Ms.Sumathi as also some other staff of your concern. But nobody has responded properly. Mr.Dilip told that this happens in all couriers and nothing can be done in this regard. We are very much disappointed in his reply.

Mr.Sridhar also told us that he informed Bombay office and they said they could not trace the document. So he asked us to give a written complaints once again.

As we are not satisfied by the action taken by you in tracing our parcel, we have decided to go for a police complaint against Mr.Dilip for his irresponsible and negligence while booking our parcel.

We have enclosed herewith a shipper copy. This is for your kind information and necessary action.

trackon is worst worst courier services in the world. i send birthday greeting to my friend in gurdaspur on 27 but till date 30-3-08 its not deliveredbirthday is today.so its betetr to sent via ordinary post.when contacted to mr sumesh saini in gurdaspur he behaved very rude and using abusing language.my booking no is 94328255.in future i not use trackon courier.very very poor services

our customers from mumbai booked document vide docket no.88732540 contain important document and a cheque on[protected], and it come in our city in[protected], but their delivery men set back it mentioning office shifted, although even our office is not closed for a day and our timing is 9 am to 8 pm. and regarding this whrn we contact to trackon personnel they are not ale to give us proper reply.

The Worst courier services of the world.

The Manager and staff of their branch and head office are most hopeless chaps. I request all Indian to avoid this courier services. It is my experience for all courier consignment that I have sent. They seem to be most deaf people. I state below the instance of my concisignment given to them on 5.4.08. The most crooked is amongst them is Dinesh Rautela, Manager, Delhi head office, whom I personally requested 4 times and again requesting him for the 5th time tonight, but this crooked Dinesh Rautela will not reply nor do any thing.

They show in their record address of branches but they do not exist and their phone No. is absolutely false. Atleast I can quote for Bokaro, Kolkata and Jabalpur branch offices and so also this crooked manager Dinesh Rautela is more condemnable person. This courier company only mediocre type of persons.

I pray you to get me my money back and compensation paid for my harrasment. This courier company should be banned operation in larger interest of Indian people.

The cunning chairman and managing director of the company have deliberately not mentioning any email id of head office. There is no contact address, no address for lodgng complaint. In most of their branch address, they do not mention correct address or phone No. U cant contact their branch manager/person, atleast I have tried to contact their Kolkata, Jabalpur and Bokaro, but they have left or phone No.is not in use. I made 5 time requests to their head office, Delhi's crooked manager Mr Dinesh Rautela, [protected]@trackoncourier.com but this hopeless chap wil not reply over phone or mail you.

Trackon is as said by others as well worst courier service,
I sent some notes on 12 April 08, afternoon, useful for an exam on 17 April 08,
today is 18th the exam is over still these people have not sent the courier.
These people couldn’t even trace the location of the courier, the courier was intended to be sent to Nanded it is show to be sent to Aurangabad on the online tracking system, Great!
If someone want to loose parcel, pay high charges and
still want the courier to be late enough not being useful at all, get frustrated and make permanent losses please send the important couriers through Trackon!

Iam regular customer of trackon courier services. It was good that your company providing online tracking as well. But it has been more than 5 days that i m not able to open your website. So an issue i am facing that i m not able to check the status that myt shipments have beenm delivered or not, those were very urgent. So could u guys please make a team those will always keep check that your website is priperly working or not. i am satisfied with your companies services but why i am compliaining that i need your company services because it has been more than 1year now i m using trackon courier always those customer will complain for a company who shall want the regular services but the better service. so what i would request to you people please check what is the issue with your compny's website.

I suppose to get a courier containing cheque from Pune thru this Trackon Couriers, Maraimalai nagar, Chennai. Actually they sent on 1st May 2008 but i didn't get this till date (16th May 2008). Their staffs are really lazy and giving irresponsible answers. Finally what they did is simply sent back the letter to Pune saying some reasons.

Even I had a terrible experience with Trackon Courier Service. I was expecting a parcel from Chandigarh, which was despatched on 12th of May 2008 and had to reach here in Jaipur on 14th May 2008 (maximum). But it got delayed for 2 more days because of a curfew in Jaipur following a terrorist attack in the form of serial blasts. That was understandable ... but because of the delay I was trying to track it and in the process, I happened to speak to Salaam Khan (an -hole of the highest order ... His Phone No.: +[protected] who was incharge of the area where the packet was to be delivered. It was such a horrendous experience while speaking to him that I have decided to condemn this service where ever I get a chance to. Though the packet was delivered today (i.e. 16th May 2008 after 5:00 pm), he told me that it was delivered on 15th and started telling me that I am wasting his time.

I would suggest very strongly to everyone to never use this company's service which employs such who spoil the mood of the customer and expect to get more business.

1. Aramex is a reputed courier providing service at almost same cost (rs 2 more) than TrackOn and still able to provide proper delivery of goods with online tracking.

2. I belong to a TrackOn franchisee and I can tell you that their service is certainly PATHETIC and even documents are not delivered properly forget parcels and valuables.

my father sent me some imp docs on 17th apri and i have been trying to track those since 19th onwards at bangalore. today 45 days have passed but no clues . . . .
the so called "CUSTROMER SERVICE (?) tell me that it has been delivered to me where as the brach manager Dlajeet singh says that it has not been delievered and returned back to the main address...
they dont know how to talk and my important docs are missing.

We would like to inform you that we sent a parcel to Bangalore & Kolkata thru trackon courier on 24.05.2008 docket no 92984917 & 92984918. But we are told that so far the parcel is not reached to our party . In this connection we have made a lot of complaints at your rabale branch office over phone to Mr.Ravi also some other staff . But nobody has responded properly. Mr.Ravi told that he was on leave for some days & that is why he has no idea in this regard. We are very much disappointed in his reply.We are suffering our business because of late delivery. The picture is that now our party is not ready to accept this material because of the the carelessness & the pure service of the Trackon Courier.

We have trace the POD but the answers are coming that POD number does not found. Than I spoke to Mr.Ravi in regarding this & he said that he has informed to theri Head Office office but their number is also not working properly.

Plz take the necessary steps & let me know what to do in such matter.

Sir, My friend send me some important document from Allahabad to Durgapur ( Add:- Room No.35, Tagore House, DSP, A-Zone, Durgapur (W.B.) ) consinment no.[protected] dated 24 -05-08 . This is one of the worst ever courier company i have come across. my sister had sent me rakhee from kolkata. after a few days it shows that the courierr has been delivered at my home and my wife has received it. But the fact is nobody from my home has received it.

The worst part was that i am behind all the local offices for tracking the courier, but they are such an irresponsible people that they dont even bother to respond to the calls.

i want all of you not to use this courier company in future.

My Sister booked rakhi from Malerkolta on[protected], from trackon courier. whose docket no. is[protected]. till date[protected]. I had not received the courier of rakhi and the branch offices and head offices of trackon courier are not giving any response. The head office delhi no.[protected], 41412141 is also not responding. even there is not any official address or detail of trackon couries of their Head offices in their websites. Its true that trackon courier is the worst courier servies.

That courier contain certain valuable documents. Trust if the courier would not reach to its destination by Friday, I will rewrite your companies destiny...!

On 29th August I reached local trackon office and didn't get any parcel. Then after a week on 5th of September I called bathinda office and replied they didn’t have any parcel named "To: Ankur Thatai of Jalalabad west."
Then I explained all things to my friend and he called several times to Rajori Garden and Delhi Head office and he also replied same
(with no answer). I also traced delhi head office contact from website and this is my second time to send mail to Mr. Denish about this trouble. I am professional free-lancing photographer working with Indian Express, Times of India, amar Ujala, The Week, India today, Ajeet and more several magazines and news papers. I got assignment from a regional magazine and newspaper and asked my friend to send me required PHOTOGRAPHY GOODS from Delhi but UNLUCKLY, UNFORTUNATELY he sent it through your serviced and because of your poor service I lost my assignment. If you are not get warned from this mail it will cost you heavy because I spent money on phone calls and spending precious time to find this out. I am not in position to lose my next assignment.

Not sure.. How the big corporates are also preferring the Trackon couriers without evalutiong about their background( for the sack of just Rs2-3). From one of the corporate, They have send the courier twice for me, But both of the time they have mentioned has wrong address & returned the courier back..
I haven't faced any problem with anyother courier ... I am getting all other courier properly form other service without any issue...It is one of the worst courier service.. So better try to avoid using this courier is my kind advice..
