[Resolved]  Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd — WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE

i have sent the 11kg monitor parcel from cochin to mumbai on emergency bassis, the booking person gave confirmation that if the parcel is booked in AIR it will defenetily delivered before 1.00 pm of next day.

But the parcel not reached even after two days. When i enquired i got only irresponsible response. no one takes into charge. booking office gave a ph. no to contact the delevery place representative. But he is not-picking up the phone any time and not-responding.

The tracking system is also not working to view the status.


So I advice NOT TO SEND ANY Important consignments through Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd

I had sent a normal document through Trackon from Payyanur to Mangalore on 26th July 2010, it is almost 3rd Aug 2010 and they are asking me the address of delivery.

There is no accountability with this courier.
Track on couriers is one of the worst courier costomer service i have seen. My sister had sent a normal parcel from trissur on 4th of Aug 2010 from Trissur to Goa. Today is 11th of Aug.(almost 10 days) and i didnt get my parcel till now in hand.I called their head office in cochin and the lady who attended the call, first of all had no etiquettes how to talk with the customers, she had no idea where the parcel has reached and secondly she said that she is not responsible for the delivery of the parcel as she is working customer service dept.In short they are not ready to take accountability for their job also.

In future i would definitely advice my people not to go ahead with trackon couriers.

I have sent Coute and paint material with three greetings thru your waybill no.[protected], Dt. 13.9.10, Addresed To, Mr. Shivprakash Singh, S/O Lal Dev Singh, Qr.No: EF 116, Joshi colony (Lakhrakhanda),
Bokaro Steel City Jharkhand 827011.and the person not yet got that Parcel.
This was my first & worst experience with this trackon courier pvt ltd. The way their concerned person in Pune talks so attitude like Sh's Prime minister or something PATHETIC.
they just making rounds and not willing to return the money.
TRACKON COURIERS is the Bad company
TRACKON COURIERS is the Illegal company.
TRACKON Couriers managers and Managing director too involve and making illegal policies.

Booking something through trackon courier company is throwing money with your own hands.

My Advice dont ever go to trackon for any kind of parcel delivery. Loss Of Time, Energy, Money, Parcel.
THIS IS WHAT A LEADING COURIER COMPANY DOING.
really worst courier company...i courier a parcel from jaipur to pune, which suppose to reached in 2 days as what company assured me, but the same not reached the destination on the delivery time committed to me, i continue was in their contact to know about the status of it...but they were not giving me correct reason of not delivering the parcel...and then when i complained to higher authority in their department about the same they respond me and call the person whom i courier the parcel, to collect the same...and the same day when he collected the parcel...there was nothing in to it...where as i parcel a leather wallet to him...still they don't have answer to this...
please my personal suggestion not use trackon courier comp services...

We received the parcel from Chennai to Coimbatore on TOPAY basis on Trackon courier NO:MAA5577 on22.12.10, The courier delivery person charged our staff 600/- rupees for 5.6KG parcel, i need the justification of the amount collected . If not i will go to consumer court.

We had booked a parcel from chennai to our customer in bangalore through Trackon on 20th May 2011 which have a total value of around 39377.10. But till now you havent delivered the consignment. The same we had informed you by several phone calls and plenty of emails, still we hadn't received a proper reply from you. This is our final email before legal proceedings with compensation upto till date. We recommend you to inform us the status of our consignment immediately or in case of not replying will be considered as confirmation to legal proceedings.

they having a rude staff and doing fraud with customer...
Unfortunalty they get the parcel from customer and get them open, check the material from parcel and take the item whatever they want and repack the parcel then send as it is to customer...

TRACKON COURIER IS FRAUD COMPANY...

DON'T SEND ANY PARCEL THROUGH
I am writing this with utter disgust that Trackon courier services are the worst. I had an important envelope which was registered with prime track expected to be delivered next day. The agent mentioned that it would reach the Noida hub the very next morning and I could collect it from the office since I needed it the next morning. I tried calling up the office, no one answered the call and when I reach the office, I am told that the envelope was not sent in the prime track by mistake. Someone, also said it reached Gurgaon mistakenly and and they were trying their best to get it. Although, the envelope reached next day after my continuous follow up but it reached late evening due to which I had to bear a big loss because the envelope contained a very important document. Not only this, normal courier takes more than 5 days.

Recommend them to shut down the services if they are not professional enough to deliver on time.
This company is not a courier service company. They have started this company for some other purposes. The staff is also very rude. Especially the Kochi elamakkara staff. They are not at all bothered about the customers anxiety regarding the consignment. When I told them that I would be complaining to the HO, they cooly told me to do so. The Company itself is a total negative! No proper training to the staff, they don’t know how to speak to customers. They talk as if they are giving free services to us.Eating customers money and boasting around saying that they are the best courier company! What a pity! Shame on you guys!
