local courier delivery delay — pathetic service

Dear Sir,
A courier has been sent from Calcutta on 25th Oct 08 for me at mumbai on the basis of your tracking it was out for delivery since last four days. Ipersonally visited your Borivili office on 31 oct and was assured that delivery will take place today. They made me talk to one delivery man whose tone itself suggested his attitude to work as he was a govt employee.
Today again i visited the office the manager assured that he will personally sort out the issue but so far at 4 pm no result.The telephone lines are also not getting connected such a lethargic service at your DTDC SERVICES.
A local courier delivery taking one weeks time you are going to break record of postal services. Are you all not having well paid staff or happy the way things are going on. Remember i will be changing over all my courier services to some other ones and will tell others too. WAKE UP !and reply please on the action taken

Everytime the consignment no. dosen't found on tracking section.if you are not able to update, then why are you making folls to the customers? And your staff is not able to tell the status of the cosignment on phone... it is height of carelesssness...

acyually i don't gain my courier.my Docket no. is[protected].and MAN No.[protected].

Trackon courier does not know how to to do their work, just opening a courier company is not enough as a big responcibility is also included as the important parcels and documents are supposed to deliver at limited day and time and to the proper given address, they are not sincere towards their work.
They are giving services from far distance away but if the consignment is lost it is non of their bussesnes to trace the document which is absolutely proving their heading name "TRACK ON" totally false.
My consignment was booked from Karimganj to Kolkata on 13.01.09, The consignment NO is-"[protected]"but still the document is not found
While the concerned person of Karimganj(TRACKON) confirmed it was handed over to Guwahati TRACKON branch but the Kolkata Trackon branch has not received the document till now.
It is quite clear the document is lost from Guwahati Trackon branch, the concerned persons of guwahati branch is constantly providing diffrent contact numbers like-[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] and asking to call back after one or two hour but when the status is asked they are saying again to call back after one hour or two hour and this proccess is going on since three days.No one is there to give the proper status as the concern person is some time gone for lunch or is ill or went for outside.I am constantly making them calls 10-12 times regularly who will pay the STD charges?? When the given contact no for Kolkata Trackon Branch is contacted in[protected]/72/72, 65225239 they are saying we cannot help it out as only Karimganj and Guwahati branch is only responcible for that then why the hell you are doing for what work.You people are the staff of this courier company but you will not take the respocibility towards your customers???

We are expectiing a courier from Kolkata docket no[protected] dt. 30/01/09. Till date we have not received the same.

Its really disgusting.

I booked a printer for delivery through Avion Technologies, Chandigarh to Agriculture Officer Sangat(Bathinda) from Chandigarh vide docket No.[protected] on dated 16.09.2008, but uptill now it was not deliver to the consignee. I enquire the matter from your Sector-44, Chandigarh agency, he told me that he despatched the materil to Ambala by manufax no. 13268 dated 18.09.2008 and from Ambala to Bathinda manufac No. 28699 dated 18.09.2008. But agency holder of Bathinda told that he has not received the same. Please enquire the entire matter and intimated me immediately, because it is govt. material.

trackon courier ltd — Failure to deliver the consignment

I had sent a consignment containing expensive medical books to Australia on 12th January 2009 but this courier company(If such a company exists as it does not seem to be existing and seems to be a group of FRAUD and IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE) had failed to deliver it till date i.e 19th February 2009 ( MORE THAN 5 WEEKS NOW MUCH IN CONRAST TO WHAT THEY HAD CLAIMED TO DELIVER IN 5 DAYS).
These people now fail to track it and have stopped responding to my phone calls either..
HIGHLY DISGUSTING!!

This is the most Hopeless Courier Service in INDIA...Ministry of Consumer Affairs should put a ban on it...they have all the illiterate people in customer care as well...most probably they are class 4 or class 5 pass people...can't say what is consignment no...ha ha...if somebody want to check in ask about my con. no.[protected]

I also got one horrible experience from trackon . I really wonder how these guys survive in business(may be they r lucky enough to get new BAKRAs like us every time.) My sister sent rakhi on 30th aug. 09 so it will reach by 2nd or max. 3rd aug. But today is 7th aug. and yet I have to receive my courier. I tried all their no. s on net but almost all are inactive. I fortunately got one fellow on a no. who counterquestioned me about parcel status and repeatedly asked the address. The girls recruited on calls r really nightmare, very arrogant . Somebody should teach them how to talk. bottom line- NEVER RELY ON THIS WORST COURIER SERVICE AND MAKE AS MUCH NEGATIVE PUBLICITY AS POSSIBLE, so that people will be aware and these Track on guys will either improve or shut their shop. Help me spread the message to everyone.

This courier company is full of foolish, stupid and illiterate people. They all are Bull . All are burden on this earth. There service is very poor and they dnt have any sense that how to talk with their customers.
I suggest everyone one who will read my this message that never send any courier from Bull Company.

Trackon/courier — Delay in courier

I courired from pune on 11th april 2010 to jabalpur.The courier has not reached jabalpur yet.When we enquired on the number given in receipt we got to know that it has reached jabalpur's office.After that we got call from jabalpur office to receive our corier from their office.When we asked for the long delay they gave us clarification that they were unable to locate our home address.We truly beleive that they are lying as three contact numbers were specified on courier of which none were called by them.Why did they call us after our enquiry.They would have called us on the given numbers at the time of searching address.This is totaly a case of severe negligence which caused a great harassment and stress to my family members.
Inspite of all this we are forced to collect our courier from their office till now.

Delay in courier delivery when promised for next day delivery
The TrackOn courier is the worst courier service and no one can track their courier as against their name. My consignment No.[protected] was supposed to deliver on next business day from Gurgaon, HR. to Kota RAJ. but did not reach even after 4 days. After checking their website for thier Kota (Raj.) local office contact no., none of the cell numbers are active. don't know how they run business. When consignment copy is delivered . then Status ABW are not up date shown on Internet. And when I Call Gurgaon Local Office not give us staifaction answerd, They said to him give us phone / Mob. No. & I Call back you in ½ hours. But No any call received/ answered against our couriers


Please. Take action regard in this matter.

Their name Trackon means to always tract your document, because it never gets delivered.

None. In our country, there is no control over these situations. Even Govt Postal Department has also track record in delayed deliveries of packets.

No one can improve these things. Exceptions are everywhere and we have no othe way to survive.

So keep your BP under control and enjoy the life with whatsoever problems you have.

Is there anyone who can suggest me the name of Best Courier or Postal Services in our country ? I think NONE ! Being in Roam, we have to behave like Romans.

How you can stop the natural calamity which comes without advance notice ? Similarly, all communication system also depends on human beings/ machinery / rails / air or on various sources. Any problematic delay at any ends can result delay at all levels. Exceptions are everywhere which can not be avoided. That is you own luck if you are jammed in traffic and others got escaped easily.

Rather than increasing our BP, let's learn to compromise with all the situations by trying to improve only ourself and our own way of working. If Govt can not improve the system, how one can do so ?

Be happy and don't worry. Enjoy the life under all circumstances rather than spoiling your life by making or receiving complaints.

Just rang up the local bangalore office to find out the fate of a consignment that was picked up 3 days ago... The lady at the other end was very rude and arrogant in her answers and refused connect me to the Manager or person in-charge.. According to the tracking the consignment was landed here in bangalore a day ago... and still not yet delivered...

Sub :- NON DELIVERY OF ARTICLES

It is observed that your office is not delivering the articles collected from our Pune Office after charging necessary charges for the delivery to our office address ie. Uttara Foods & Feeds Pvt Ltd, Kolkata West International City, Bunglow No. A/2/23, NH-6 Road Crossing, Bankra, Howrah. The place is well connected and on the side of a busiest National High Way and also other courier services like DTDC, Professional Courier Service etc are delivering the documents/materials to our office. It is, therefore, needless to point out that Non-delivery of articles collected for delivery after charging the required fees for the said job is against INDIAN CONTRACT ACT and the violation will call for legal action for compensation . It is mentioned here that the company has suffered losses due to the Non delivery of important documents to our address. It has also been observed that you have not shown the courtesy of informing our office regarding the returning of the documents which is unacceptable.

You are, once again, called upon to deliver the materials/documents collected from our various offices to our correct address failing which, the matter will be referred to the Consumer redressal Forum for suitable compensation. In case, if the materials/documents cannot be delivered to a particular address for any reason it is better not to accept the said material for delivery so that the same can be sent through another courier service which is ready and willing to do the same. It is definitely unethical to return the material without delivering the same to the addressee since you have charged for the intended job and also entered into an agreement with the company at the time of collection and charging the charges..

Hope you will improve your services without putting the customers into such embarrassing situations and losses.

I am writing theis mail regarding my courier, our client from Pushkar has delivered a courier for Jaipur on which has to be delivered on 12the January 2013. But, we haven't received it yet. Its is an important document which need to be delivered on time.

I booker the consignment by Trackon couriers Pvt ltd Franchise on 27th Oct 2008 for Australian High Commission New Delhi.By his sub agent Mr deepak Jalandhar vide consignment No.[protected] consisting of documents and Passport.Initially he charged Rs 15 for for booking the consignment and he didn't send the consignment to Australian High Commission when I inquired about mu delivery status of my consignment then he said that my regional office didn't forward the consignment as your consignment was booked along with passport .He Charged Rs. 1000/-and returned opened consignment and when I ask the receiptregarding payment and cause of Rs. charging then he replied if you will not pay the amount then I lodge the complain regarding loss of consignment and you have to suffer.In this regard I spoken to their Delhi, Chandigarh, jalandhar office they didn't respond my complain.Then I lodged the official compalation to Jalandhar Police station (Bus Stand) for further verification.In my opinion Track On courier is cheating and blackmailing the customer.His service is worst and Public should aware from such company

Trackon Couriers — Low Quality & Fraud Courier Service in Country

I have couriered a Packet of 4 Kgs, Contating a clothes stiched and unstiched (Cotton, Crepe & Georgette) on 25/3/2009 to Destination called Tumkur in Karnataka. It took 7 days to deliver.

The delivered Packet was only 3kgs, upon asking the destination services, he replied to ask the booking agent and booking agent is asked to contact the destination agent. It was packed in 2 polythenes while booking, upon delicery it was only one packet. Whole day tried to call the delhi customer care but nobody picked the phone. and no email address is availaible on website or any document.

can anybody suggest, what to do.

Trackon courier is worst kind of courier so far as service is concern:- they don’t have any professional attitude and the packet are never delivered timely. Shocking enough that some of packets returned backed to them undelivered and the agency does not have any courtesy to return the packet to the customer. They use to take the packet without verifying the fact whether their services are available in that particular area or not.

I would say this is the poorest service provider of country. First they did'nt deliver parcel, secondly their courier staff did'nt pick phone, thirdy girls seating for customer service are also so bad. they pick phone and put it on hold for so long otherwise cut the line witout any conversation. I a so embrace to say that. My useful parcel so important parcel is not yet deliver which is just from Ludhiana to Jalandhar(60 kms ). No:[protected].

i have send courier to pune on monday(30 may 2011).trackon courier services assured me that it will be delivered till tuesday to pune but till date the courier has not been delivered and nobody is ready to cooperate with me, telephonelines are 24/7 busy and if someone takes the call the way of talking is very rude.this kind of service providers should have to be tought prper manners.

An official courier was sent to me from Chandigarh through Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd. with AWB[protected] on 7-Dec-2011 which has not been received by me even though their website shows as delivered. Have made many attempts to call their office with no outcome. Very poor response from the officials whenever i call. Eachtime i call, they give a different number and no one has a clue about the package.

This company is complete mess. No one knows whats happening and people who use their services end up losing their valuables/documents.

Unfortunalty they get the parcel from customer and get them open, check the material from parcel and take the item whatever they want and repack the parcel then send as it is to customer...

Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd — faulty courier service

the courier which was send to me from delhi (vijay nagar branch) was recieved in a torned condition. this courier consists of 3 forms of HARYANA CIVIL SERVICES each costs Rs-1000 plus other charges i.e total of Rs-3000 & above. These forms are not in a condition to be send.
so kindly plz tell me the remedy available to me in this case.

TRACKON COURIER — faulty pathetic service

i received a courier from this pathetic courier company, on 10-03-09, with assign no.[protected], half the tings in the parcel are missing.

I received a courrier from kanpur trekon only to find out the things missing from it.The cover of the courrier was teared and handed over to a kid for signature.

We have despatched our material on 02/02/2009. at Sirnagar, Party has not recd our parcel, already 100 time complain to chennai Area branch manager - Mr. Sanjeev, this person is not take serious meter. not give to any feedback. Last two week. already told Mr. Sanjeev pls Return the parcel to our office. but not give to any response. pls do the action immediately.

Its a very very urgent document which was communicated to your exe & being given the gurantee of such delivery within 6 Sep, 09 it was despatched through your courier but I have not received any confirmatory status of my doc by the exe attending the calls at numbers [protected]/[protected]/[protected] instead harassed me by asking to ask at GHy by Kolkata exe & Ghy exe to ask at Kolkata.



On being asked why the status of the consignment is not updated in the website they did not give a satisfactory reply.



Now I want the revert with confirmatory status of my said consignment within next 24 hrs or else will redress the matter to the competent legal authority for such impropoer services & negligent act.
