[Resolved]  Trackon Courier Services — Always late delivery

Hello,

I am a regular customer of www.freecharge.in.
On successful mobile recharge they send me coupons which are valid till month end.
These coupons are sent via "TRACKON COURIERS".
This courier company does not deliver courier in time.
I have already paid the courier charge online.
My courier has dispatched from Mumbai on 9th May and has come to Pune on 14th May.
Its been 22 May and still courier not delivered to me.
My coupons expire till then and I dont get benefit as well as courier charge which I have paid is a waste.

the details of my shipment are
dispatched on 10th May vide POD No.[protected] via Trackon Couriers.
