From Stanley Swamy, (Phone[protected]; Mobile: [protected]) # 79, Dorris Ville, Vinayaka Layout, 7th Cross, Bhattarahalli , Virgonagar Post, Bangalore 560049 This is with reference to a letter sent from Pune bearing docket number[protected] From M/S Calderys India Ltd sent to the address (Stanley Swamy, # 79, Dorris Ville, Vinayaka Layout, 7th Cross, Bhattarahalli , Virgonagar Post, Bangalore 560049) through Trackon Couriers. The Letter was delivered by personal Laxman (from Trackon Couriers) to the wrong address. I have not yet received the Letter (courier) as of today, since it has been delivered to the wrong address. I request you to take immediate action to trace the letter and deliver it at my above address failing which I may have to file a legal complaint against Trackon Couriers. Hi ,The complaint is agianst Trackon courior services.It has been said to me that consumer complaint forum gives you justice.I am writing you this mail,As I have sent a courior from Trackon services Mumbai(andheri) to dhanbad(Jharkhand) on 27th december 2010.The courior contained some costly clothes and few other items which I sent to my home town on the occassion of new year.They said that the delivery will be made within 4-5 days.Till date the delivery has not been made.I tracked the courior at there website ,the parcel is reflecting in their Kolkatta warehouse since last 14 days.No one is picking calls ,i am unable to trace anything.
