[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — Consignment not delivered

On 09 Jan 2012 I sent courier to:

Hyderabad - 500009
Andhra Pradesh

The tracking no.[protected].

The consignment is lying at Courier company's Hyderabad (HYD) location since 12 Jan 12 and has not been delivered to the customer. This is holding up my payment. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I have called up Trackon Courier's HYD numbers many times but they are always busy. Have sent them an email and after more than 24 hours have elapsed I am yet to receive any reply.

Seeking intervention by consumer complaints to resolve the issue.
