[Resolved] Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. — Non delivery of goods | |||
Sir/Madam, I sent a 25 kg bag containing clothes through Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. from Bombay to Kozhikode on 9th June 2010. My delivery no. is[protected]. On 15th June, I got a call saying that either I come and collect bag from their office or wait for few more days for delivery. I am presently doing MBA from IIM Kozhikode, where absence from class results in a grade drop. Moreover, I was promised of delivery as well as take off from home initially. I decided to wait. Three days later, I got a phone call, and was rudely informed that unless I come to their office and collect the bag, they will send it back to Cochin. After living on one pair of dress for 5 days, I am forced to go to their office missing my class. My only fault was that I made the complete payment in advance.This has started becoming a norm with private couriers. If payment is complete, they dont deliver big packets. Trackon — Late and damaged delivery of computer
I booked my computer set with all bills and paper formality on 3/12/08 from Trackon courier jalandhar industrial area, Bil no[protected], to paonta sahib.Packing amount was paid as per asked by concerned person Mr.Rakesh(ph-[protected]). I got its delivary after wasting alot of time calling them and requesting for delivary of my computer on 21/12/08, that too in damaged condition. Sir i have been mentaly and monatarily harassed for this as whenever i called they were ready with a excuse.Trackon — non delivery of goods
Dear Sir MadamI had sent a courier to Chandigarh with docket number[protected] dated 23/4/2009 through Trackon courier, but till date not delievered.
Kindly look into the matter.

TRACKON COURIER — Non delivery of goods
Dear Sir/Madam,I had made a complaint in the afternoon today regarding non delivery of Goods which was booked through Trackon Courier on 14.9.2009 from Delhi to be delivered at Imphal Manipur. In advertently I had mentioned a wrong consigment No. for which I regret alot. The consignment No. should be[protected] of 14.9.2009 and not[protected] as earlier mentioned.

A courier was booked on 13th October from Ahmedabad, vide reciept No[protected], which was moved to Delhi on 13th October, but today is 16th and I have still not recieved the samples from the courier service, when i made a contact to the concirned person, Mr Rajesh contct no-[protected], at 3:30 pm he was not aware of the consignment.
I request you to please take an immidiate step as the consignment booked is very very urgent.
Looking forward for a quick reply.

I request you to please take an immidiate step as the consignment booked is very very urgent.

Product not delivered, not perfect docket number
From 11 my courier booked from delhi.. he give me slip.. but docket number not fashing.. i called to branch... noone ans.properly ... nd use abuse words... Trackon courier services
Unbelievable Service i cant believe this type of service provided Trackon courier services. I have send to courier Pune to Virar. I tracking your website but Consignment no. Does not exist,
And i have call to Andheri, Vasai hub, no one response, after i have call to pune someone lady said me call to vasai, and i have call to vasai after someone lady said me call to andheri. This service are fool to all please believe and trust this company, and i have send to email, delhi, mumbai & pune no one revert me and i call n call again no one responded worst service, This is very bad service in india, after now how to I & you track courier status company will be no one option gives you. Very worst services

TRACKON COURIERS PVT LTD — WAITING FOR DELIVERY
Dear Sir,This is to inform that my wife had send a courier frm Jalandhar to lucknow on 28/8/08 doct no[protected] to my sister containing keys in it, today is 12/9/08 and is not delivered yet, lucknow courier people are not responding and showing a fake sign on the recieving of some renu name, when we are asking to bring delivery boy for identification they just switch off their phone.On contacting jalandhar people they say that it is not their problem because it has been delivered.
I have failed to understand that what is the authenticity because instead of delivery one can make a false sign & claim delivery accomplished.
Please let me know where are the keys & atleast they should respond properly
