[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd — courier not delivered

I sent a parcel from patna to Madurai via trackon couriers containing two mobile phones and a pen drive and more than two weeks have passed and till now it has not been delivered.Even the online tracking service does not works.I think that it is the worst courier service in India.When i ask them about my parcel they are unable to answer me.

We had booked a letter through Trackon Couriers from Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi to our factory at Village Kunajahal, P.O. Barotiwala ( Baddi) H.P. on 23.09.09 vide docket No.[protected]. Till now about 8-9 days have passed , this letter have not been delivered to the party. Your delivery agaent at Baddi have regularly been contacted by us at their telephone No.[protected] & Mobile No.[protected] , but they are unable to trace the letter. As the document contains valuable papers & cheques also, we are suffering huge financial losses apart from other diffiuculties.

You are requested to find out the the letter & arrange to deliver the same at the earliest

Our Courier Docket No.[protected] Dated 6/10/09 Has not been recieved. Please Convey us immedately.

COURIER NOT DELEIVERED .NO RESPONSE FROM THE TRACKON COURIER.COMPANY DIDN'T SEND BACK TO US.
VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

I wish to inform you that i couriered one packet from delhi to Ambala on 23/07/2010 at 10:00am with consignment no.1026525 bt i was not delivered.
it is a very bad experience with your company.

DEAR SIR,THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT, MR. AMLENDER RAVI OF PATNA,COURIERED A PARCEL THROUGH TRACKON COURIERS PVT. LTD. VOID DOCKET NO.[protected] DATED 24/01/2011,WHICH I SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE ON 25TH BUT WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVED THE PARCEL ON 27TH, I CONTACT THE LOCAL OFFICE OF ABOVE MENTIONED COURIER,THEIR RESPONSE WAS VERY RUDE AND REPLIED ARROGANTLY THAT, WE ARE NOT IN POSITION TO DELIVER YOU PARCEL IN NEXT FOUR DAYS IF YOU HAVE TO COLLECT YOU DOCKET FROM THE OFFICE,WHEN I ASKED THEN YOU I HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OVER PHONE , THEIR REPLAYED WAS IT IS NOT OUR DUTY.
ON THE CONTRARY, I WHEN I CALLED TO THE CONCERN PERSONS ON [protected],[protected], OF THE ABOVE COURIER THEY STAND UP THEIR HANDS IN THIS MATTER.
SIR, MY COMPLAIN WHEN THEY ARE CHARGES HI FOR THEIR SERVICES THEY WHY THEY ARE NOT UP TO THE MARK IN THEIR SERVICE.

It is to inform you that i have sent one courier threw Trackon Couriers No.[protected] dated 9 Feb 2011 ludhiana to Gurgaon to Mr. satish Pandita. till date courier has not been delivered by courier company neither they have tryied to contact to consignee,i had alredy mantion the cell no. of consignee. Kindly look in to this metter. and do the needful.

Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd — Docs not delivered on time, harsh & insulting talks by their executive Mr. Balaji

I have called up Trackon Couriers Pvt.Ltd for asking the status of my docs which was send by my party on 26/02/2011 from Mumbai and not delivered till 04/03/2011 (within Mumbai).

I spoke to Mr.Balaji on[protected] from their Ghatkopar branch, he was very very rude and arrogant and instead of me getting angry as I had not received my docs, he was more angry and loud and shouting at me for not co-operating.

I really wonder what is happening to a common man and there is no solution to it other than humiliation, I have seen lot of complaints registered against Trackon Couriers Pvt.Ltd but no actions till date, that may be the reason they are continuing in their on style.

Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd — Delay and Damage of Courier Delivered

A courier containing a box of sweets was sent from Delhi to Mumbai on February 19th 2011 through Trackon Couriers. The courier reached Trackon's Sakinaka (Mumbai) office on Monday but was not delivered unitl late Tuesday evening despite endless calls. The courier received was damaged. In addition, the people at the Sakinaka office were not hearing to the complaint and behaving rudely. In fact, 1 employee openly challenged me to complain and said do whatever you want.
