[Resolved] Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd — Non delivery of the packet | |||
I have sent 3 packets containing rakhi to bhusawal from Aurangabad by trackon couriers on 19 th Aug 2010 vide the docket nos[protected] & 446 for Mr Vibhas Mulay and Dr Panchratna resply. I traced these packets and found that those were recd by the bhusawal franchisee on 21 st Aug but he did not delivered even till yesterday.I had sent this information to Aurangabad local office but so far no actions have been initiated. TRACKON COURIER — non-delivery of packet
My parents have sent a courier packet containing imp. documents to me, on 18/08/09, form Lucknow to Bangalore , my consignment no. is[protected], but the same did'nt reach me till date , instead it has gone back to lko. on 26/08/09, and is resting somewhere no body knows, .whereas the packet had complete address and phone no. of both the sender and reciever , nobody is picking up the phone no. mentioned in their site .
this is highly unprofessional behaviour, they should be peanlised for such an act.
